Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

PathPilot offers a 30-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until you explicitly choose to upgrade to a paid plan after your trial period ends.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are charged for a subscription and request a refund within 14 days of the charge date, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@axonave.com with your account email and the charge date.

Refund requests made more than 14 days after a charge are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will consider refunds for documented technical issues that prevented you from using the service.

3. Partial Period Refunds

We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days in a billing period when you cancel mid-cycle. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.

4. Plan Downgrades

When you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the difference in plan price for the current period.

5. Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the individual agreement between Axonave Technologies and the customer. Please contact sales@axonave.com for Enterprise billing queries.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, VAT, GST, and sales tax on our behalf. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section inside the PathPilot app. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.
